Shipping Policy


As of now, Pickle Basket is not accepting international orders. We deliver only within India. If any order is placed with an international address, the order will be cancelled and Pickle Basket will initiate a refund through the payment gateway partner.

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or India Post services only. Orders are shipped within 0–7 days, or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Delivery is subject to courier company or postal service norms.

Pickle Basket is not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company or postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment within 0–7 days from the date of order and payment, or as per the agreed delivery date.

All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the buyer at checkout. Delivery confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during registration.

All parcels ordered will be shipped in plastic covers. Orders placed after October 17, 2025, will be dispatched in bottles.

Note: If Cash on Delivery (COD) is selected, an advance payment (e.g., ₹50) will be required to confirm the order. **This advance amount is non-refundable** in case of cancellation or return.
